Shipping policy

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

UK Shipping Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-4 weeks from dispatch.

European Union We ship to all 27 EU member states. Delivery to EU destinations typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Please note that as a UK-based retailer shipping to the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not collected by us at checkout.

International Shipping For all other international destinations, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at jasonploughran@outlook.com.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly.
